The church camping is at Camp Swatara Family Campground.

Camping Dates: June 28-30,2024
Check-in:Friday June 28 @ 3PM or after
Check-out: Sunday June 30 @ 3PM or before
Cost per Person is $25 for the weekend w/ max charge of $150 per family of 6+.
Small Cabins are $160 each for the weekend. Sleeps up to 5 People. (No additional cost per person)
Large Cabins are $180 each for the weekend. Sleeps up to 9 People. (No additional cost per person)
Day Visits without overnight stay are $15 Per Person for the weekend.
All Camp Sites Have Water, Electric & Sewer Hookups
Meal sign-up sheets will be sent out for everyone to contribute to group meals.
These prices do not completely cover the costs of food, supplies, etc, so feel free to donate extra as you feel led.

Friday June 28th
3:00 PM Camp check-in open
6:00 PM Supper – Hamburgers & Hotdogs
7:00-9:00 PM – Camp Setup/games/camp fire, etc
10:00 PM – Campground quiet time
Saturday June 29th
10:00 AM Breakfast – Men make Breakfast – Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Pancakes
11:15 AM – Fry Donuts
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Water Balloon Toss and Tug-a-war
4:00 PM Supper – BBQ Chicken, watermelon
8:00 PM – Marshmallows, Popcorn, Conversation Starters
Sunday June 30th
8:00 AM Breakfast – Cereal, Granola, Yogurt, Fruit
10:00 AM – 11 AM – Worship Service at Camp Swatara
11:30 AM Lunch – Cold Sandwiches
12:30 PM Cleanup & Checkout
Other Notes:
Campground policy does NOT allow flying drones.
There is a children’s Splash pad close by that is open to all campers
There will be Axe Throwing setup at the camping area for youth and adults.
There will be a bounce house by the pavilion for little children.

Marshmallow sticks
Any Snacks desired for your family between meals
Lawn Chairs
Bicycles & Riding toys (There is a mountain bike track close to the group sites)
Any specialty drinks you want for your family
