Church Camping 2023

Location: Camp Swatara Family Camp Ground – 2905 Camp Swatara Rd Bethel, PA 19507
Check in 3:00PM Friday June 30, 2023
Check out 3:00PM Sunday July 2, 2023
All sites have water, sewer, and electric hook up available
Bathrooms & Showers located right close by
Max 8 people per camp site
We will coordinate for smaller families/individuals to share sites
Sites are in a group camping area with a pavilion and fire pit.
Children’s Playground located within view of the camping area
There are some very primitive cabins available in a separate area of the camp ground that could be reserved for $75-85 per night depending on the size of the cabin. Please make a special request for one in the comments field if desired.
Suggested Donation is $20 per person (for the weekend) including children with a max amount of $120 per Family. Any extra collected above the cost of the facilities will go towards food & supplies. Please contribute as you feel led whether more or less, and come prepared to participate in a good time of fellowship!

Friday June 30th

3:00PM – Check in & Camp Setup
6:00PM – Supper (Hamburgers & Hotdogs Provided, Sign-up sheet for side dishes/etc)
7:00PM – Camp Setup continued & Other Activities
8:00PM – S’mores, Snores & More around the fire
10:00PM – Quiet Time by Camp Rules

Saturday July 1st

10:00AM – Breakfast by the Men (Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon & Sausage – Sign-up sheet)
11:00AM – Fun group activities of both active and less active nature. (More details to come)
Each family will be responsible to provide their own mid-day snacks as desired
4:00PM – Supper (BBQ Chicken Provided, Sign-up sheet for side dishes/dessert
5:00PM – More Group Activities
7:30PM – S’mores, Singing, Stories & Chat Around the fire
10:00PM – Quiet Time by Camp Rules
